Pilates helps release tension and pain, reeducates movement patterns and develops a balanced body that is toned, flexible and strong. It specifically targets the abdominal muscles in every exercise, reprogramming the body to initiate all movements from a strong center. Pilates work simultaneously lengthens and strengthens your muscles, which in turn decompresses your joints and spine leading to improved health and vigor. All of these aspects are great benefits of doing Pilates and you will certainly experience these at our studio.
