Consistently performing at the highest level takes a holistic, complementary approach which must be carefully crafted. Specific opportunities for improvement will present themselves and solutions must be found. With a combined experience of over 50 years, we have worked with athletes and performers including a five star high school football recruit, triathletes, black belt martial artists, college football players, the #1 ranked high school tennis player in Colorado, professional dancers, a professional ice skater, recording artists and more. During this time, we have identified certain omnipotent core principles for each category of athlete and for performing artists and have developed specific Pilates-centric programs for each of these categories.
Each program consists of four private 30 Minute Sessions where we will focus on each core principle while identifying specific goals and areas for improvement.
